Just dropped by to say Hi, after listening to you speak on youtube from personal experience about the debilitating condition of Fibromyalgia and what it's like living day-to-day with the pain. I also have Fibromyalgia. I hope you're doing ok , take care.

I also suffer from all of the things you have experienced and shared on your blog. I was angry, hurting and confused. Until, I read another blog saying you have to grieve as if you had a death in the family. I know your sister committed suicide and grieve for losing her but allow yourself to grieve for all that you have lost, use a awalker if needed to go out when you feel okay, only go half as far as you think you can go, you need to come back remember. I kno it is hard to do but let go of some of that anger once you allow yourself to mourn what you have lost. Eliminate"friends", family and persons that cause you to be upset, it can get lonely but, less anger and stress help you to feel better, and pay close attention to other stressors and eliminate all thats possible. It won't go away, but it is much easier to bare. I am sorry, and we all experience the same attitude, the gloss over of eyes when mentioning fibro, and all the other shitty diagnosis, bipolar, stress, etc. I have improved my health and it was alot f work but worth it.
